Plant Oregon's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers with strong, healthy plants adapted to our area. Naturally, these plants will thrive in many other areas, as well.

Our guarantee: We guaranteee our plants to be healthy when they leave the nursery. Plant Oregon disclaims any other warranty expressed or implied as to productiveness or growth. We will not be responsible for damage or loss of plants caused by transport, improper planting, or watering, animals (dogs, deer, gophers, etc.)or inadequate care after they leave our hands. All claims must be made in writing within ten days of receipt of plant stock. A request for replacement must be accompanied by your receipt. At no time will Plant Oregon be responsible for more than the purchase price.

It is our intent that your planting project be successful. We hope our planting instructions and the cultural notes in the plant descriptions will help.
